BC Hydro crews started work early this morning on a planned outage affecting parts of Chinatown. The blocks bounded by Cordova, Main, Pender, and Dunlevy are affected, with power expected to come back on near 5:00pm. Some businesses may be working through the outage, while others may choose to close for the day.
