The Chinatown Storytelling Centre is hosting a paid event this Saturday, April 6 focusing on Chinese-Canadians involved in hockey! The event will feature the launch of The Longest Shot: How Larry Kwong Changed the Face of Hockey, a new children’s book by BC writer Chad Soon, as well as stories from Brandon Wong, a former professional hockey player, and Jenny Lee-Gilmore, a local filmmaker.
