“Big Fight in Little Chinatown”, Featuring Vancouver’s Chinatown, Releases Online

Karen Cho 曹嘉伦’s upcoming feature documentary, “Big Fight in Little Chinatown” will be released online this week. Featuring Kam Wai Dim Sum in our very own Chinatown, the film draws a narrative stretching across time and geographic distance, sharing the challenges that have and continue to face Chinatowns across North America. In-person screenings are also being held in Tkaronto, Treaty 13 (Toronto), the traditional territory of nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg,
the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples) and Lenape traditional territories (New York).
